Dr. Singh is the owner of Sydenham Dental Group. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Science from Melbourne University in 1994 and has successfully completed a Masters Program from Tufts University Boston, USA which had an emphasis on craniofacial pain and sleep disorders. Dr. Singh’s thesis research titled “Sleep Bruxism as a clinical Marker for Paediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome was graded by Tufts stringent thesis committee as A+ and has become a reference to many professionals in both the dental as well as medical fields. He was also given two international research awards for his thesis by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine in 2012.
Dr. Singh commenced at Sydenham Dental Group in 1995, where he eventually purchased the business and built the complex we are currently in.
Dr Singh has a special interest in craniofacial pain including TMJ(Jaw Joint) pain and headaches, sleep breathing disorders as well as early intervention orthodontics. Dr Singh’s orthodontic treatment is based on TMJ function and physiology, maintenance of the airway and management of any sleep related breathing disorders.
His treatment incorporates a non extraction, non surgical philosophy, and aims to deliver the most pleasing smiles with the most functional bites.

Her continuous postgraduate training in; Sleep Medicine (sleep disordered breathing, sleep apnea and snoring), Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (jaw joint pains and disorders) and Orthodontics (braces and Invisalign) has allowed Dr Amisha the ability to provide patients more options to align with their goals!
Dr Amisha ensures all of her patients are empowered to make informed decisions about their health, with a gentle and caring approach!

Aleisha has been in the Oral health industry since 2012, starting as a dental Laboratory assistant which naturally progressed into a Dental Nursing role. She has worked in general, public and specialist practices, then decided to take her passion for oral health to the next level and studied to become and Oral Health therapist.
Some of Aleisha’s favourite parts of her job is working with children, building relationships with her patients and working with patients to achieve oral health goals.
When Aleisha isn’t at work she enjoys dancing, anything nature orientated and meeting up with her friends.

Dr Gurjot Sidhu graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne in 2025. He is a caring and approachable dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based dental care with a strong focus on patient comfort, education, and long-term oral health.
Dr Gurjot enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in oral surgery. He takes pride in his gentle approach, clear communication, and attention to detail, ensuring patients feel informed and at ease throughout their treatment. He is also fluent in English and Punjabi, allowing him to connect with a wider range of patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Gurjot enjoys playing volleyball and golf, travelling, scuba diving, and exploring Melbourne’s cafes and restaurants.
